A renovation brings existing rooms and essential repairs into one plan. Black&White Construction offers full renovations, with a completed two-bedroom home project showing the work from preparation through to the finished spaces.
From the groundwork to the finished rooms
Our two-bedroom home project included plumbing and drainage repairs, kitchen and bathroom work, flooring and decoration. The kitchen combined painted cabinets with a solid oak worktop, a new sink and fittings. The bathroom and living spaces were refreshed as part of the wider renovation.
Agreeing the scope of your renovation
Tell us which rooms need attention, what you want to retain and what needs to change. Photographs, measurements and any existing drawings help explain the starting point. The condition of the property, access and your chosen finishes all affect the scope.
Planning around your home
Before work begins, discuss access, protection of belongings and whether essential rooms will be unavailable. Agree the work included, materials and a project-specific programme before making arrangements around the renovation.
