PROJECT STORY / Bathroom repair & refit

A fresh start for an unfinished bathroom.

Corrective work behind the surfaces, followed by new flooring, fitted shower doors and carefully finished details to bring an unfinished bathroom together.

The finished bathroom viewed from the doorway, with a grid shower enclosure and floating vanity.
THE RESULT / Corrective work brought together in a finished bathroom.

Black&White Construction was brought in to correct and complete an unfinished bathroom. The work addressed the wall boarding, plumbing layout and toilet drainage before adding the final fittings and finishes.

Putting the surfaces right

The existing Aquaboards were removed and reinstalled correctly. Wooden panels in the shower were replaced with moisture-resistant boards, preparing the enclosure for its new finish.

Reworking the plumbing

The radiator was relocated and the basin moved to the centre of the wall. A drainage issue was addressed by raising the toilet to the correct level for the waste pipe.

Details that finish the space

A new shower niche with LED lighting was added, alongside custom-fitted shower doors. New luxury vinyl tile flooring completed the room.

Ready for a new chapter

The finished space brings the corrective work and new details together, with a centred basin, fitted shower doors and fresh flooring. The gallery follows the visible condition before the repairs, the exposed surfaces during the work and the completed room.
